Wakizashi in Shirasaya with Koshirae(guarantee NBTHK Tokubetsu hozon paper)

Signature: Oumi Kami Hojoji Tachibana Masahiro.

Shinto: Wazamono cutting test ranking:Jyossaku high ranking:Musashi province.
The blade was polished by high ranking polisher.
Habaki:silver single habaki.
Blade length : 58.8 cm or 23.14 inches.
Sori : 0.8cm or 0.31 inches.
Mekugi: 1
Width at the hamachi :3.24 cm or 1.27 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.26 cm or 0.88 inches.
Kasane : 0.81cm or 0.31 inches.
weight: 710 grams.
Era : Edo Kanbun period.
Shape : The blade is long(almost sword length)
and wide and thick very healthy blade.
Jitetsu :itame hada well grained with jinie attach beautiful texture.
Hamon : Niedeki middle suguha with thick nioikuchi
and in Ha, many ash and yo,sunagashi, kinsuji work.

Special feature : Hojyoji Masahiro was a descendant of the Hojyoji Kunimitsu
and worked at Kanbun era. He belonged to Edo Hojyji school.
Many sword makers like Tajima Kami Sadakuni, Echizen Kami Masateru,
Hojyoji Yoshitsugu were working at that school.
The blade is very similar with famous Kotetsu blade.
This sword is very healthy and fantastic polish and also nice work.

Koshirae:On the mokko style syakudo nanako plate, treasure ship and turtle,
crane are engraved which means very lucky design.
Fuchikashira:On the syakudo nanako plate, some flowers are engraved with gold color.
Saya:black roar saya.

(There is neither Hozon nor Tokubetsu Hozon paper yet).
