Habaki :Silver Single Foiled Habaki
Blade length : 65cm or 25.59 inches.
Sori : 2.4cm or 0.94inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 2.98 cm or 1.17 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 1.94 cm or 0.76 inches.
Kasane : 0.67 cm or 0.26 inches.
Era : Late Edo Period Circa Kanbun
Shape : It is wide and thick deep sori sword with Bo-hi engraved
and both side of the blade. It is elegant shape katana.
Jitetsu : Koitame hada well grained with jinie attached. It is clear jigane in plain style.
Hamon : Nioi Deki some mixture of Konie.
The hamon line is Gunome midare with choji mixed.
There is deep Nioiguchi with Ashi well attached. It is well-made work.

Special feature : Yoshikage saku is most likely sword Smith of Tosa province
and it is said that it is same swordsmith as Doshu Jyu Kishimatsu Sai Yoshishige.
Going through the rough Bakumatsu period, there may not have been a choice
but to giving up his business. It is regretting as this piece is fine work.

Koshirae : Tachi Koshirae. Kindai Menji. It is nice condition piece.
Tsuba : Shakudo plate with family crest engraved and inlayed with gold.
Fuchikashira :Shakudo plate with family crest engraved and inlayed with gold.
Kojiri::Shakudo plate with family crest engraved and inlayed with gold.
Saya: Gold Nashiji saya
Menuki: Shakudo plate with family crest engraved and inlayed with gold.
