Wakizashi in Shirasaya (NBTHK Hozon Paper)

The blade was polished.
Habaki : Silver Single Foiled Habaki
Blade length : 38.6 cm or 15.19 inches.
Sori : 1.2 cm or 0.47 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 3.20 cm or 1.25 inches.
Wide at the Kissaki : 2.74 cm or 1.08 inches.
Kasane : 0.64 cm or 0.25 inches.
Era : Early Edo period.
Shape : It is a Wakizashi that resembles Naginata.
There is Bo-Hi engraved on both side of the blade.
Jitetsu : Itame hada well grained with clear Hada pattern could be.
Hamon : NIe Deki Gunome Midare with active Sunagashi and Kinsuji work.
Boshi is Gunome midare and it is sharp end hamon.

Special Feature : It is wide and thick long kissaki magnificent work.
There is Kinsuji nice sword. It is a blade with trends of Echizen Katana.
There is no Kizu or flaw on this blade.
