The blade was polished.
Blade length : 38.02cm or 14.99inches.
Sori : 0.6cm or 0.24inches.
Mekugi : 2
Width at the hamachi : 3.52 cm or 1.38 inches.
Kasane : 0.79 cm or 0.31 inches.
Era : Edo period Kanbun era(1661-1672)
Shape : It is wide and thick hirauchi wakizashi.
Jitetsu : Koitame hada well grained with jinie attached.
Hamon : Nie base, gunome midare with mixture of kobushi choji.
There is some ups and downs in the hamon. Boushi is Notare round shape.

Special feature : Yamato no kami Yoshimichi is the second son of
Osaka first generation Yoshimichi.
He was called Mishina Uzaemon. His sword has yakidashi, gunome midare
with a hamon that is called torano-o (tiger's tail) which this sword does not have.
This wakizashi is made by second generation Yamato no kami Yoshimichi.
He was called Mishina Shirobee and later on called Mishina Denuemon.
This piece has rich grained jigane with ups and down on the hamon.
It is wide and thick sword. It is flawless strong looking sword. It is true masterpiece.
