The blade was polished.
Habaki : Gold foiled and silver double habaki.
Blade length : 59.2 cm or 23.3 inches.
Sori : 1.4 cm or 0.55 inches.
Mekugi :1
Width at the hamachi : 3.27 cm or 1.28 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.4 cm or 0.94 inches.
Kasane : 0.72 cm or 0.28 inches.
Era :Edso period Kyoho era.
Shape : The blade is wide (3,27cm)and thick with small sori and engraved Bo-hi and longer kissaki nice looking shape.
Jitetsu : Koitame had well grained with jinie attach.
Hamon : Niedeki suguha and gunome midare with very thick nioikuchi like Motohira active hamon.

Special feature : The father of Ichinohira Yasuyo was Yamashiro Kami Yasusada who Nakamura family and succeeded Tamaoki family.
He became a student of the Yamato Kami Yasusada and studied a lot.
At kyoho 6th year He went Edo with Mondo syo Masakiyo in order to make sword for Syogun Yoshimune.
Masakiyo, Ichinohira Yasuyo, Nobukuni Shigekane also made swords for Syogun.
Yasuyo got the top prize and permitted to engrave Ichiyo family crest.
Returning trip to his place, at Kyoto he got the the title of Syume Kami.
He passed away Kyoho 13th age 49 years.
This blade is very wide and thick and also fantastic deep nioikuchi hamon.
Generally Ichinohira Yasuyo made few swords.
