The blade was polished.
Habaki:Single Solid Silver habaki
Blade length : 53.7cm or 21.14inches.
Sori : 1.6cm or 0.63inches.
Mekugi :1
Width at the hamachi : 2.91cm or 1.15inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.0cm or 0.78inches.
Kasane : 0.585cm or 0.23inches.
Era : Edo period Circa Genroku(1688-1704)
Shape : It is regular size width and thickness. Nice shape wakizashi.
Jitetsu :Itame hada with mixture of Mokume hada. The hada patterns are
well seen.
Hamon : Nie deki gunome midare that is in round piece.
There are sunagashi, kinsuji activities in the ha. Boushi is round end hakikake style.

Special feature : Edo Kanda Jyu Kanenaga was called Bushu Jyu Banzai Kanenaga.
He was originally from Mino and later on moved
to Edo and Mutsu.

Tsuba : Iron Tsuba.
Fuchi: Copper plate with design of kite engraved and inlayed with gold. Kashira: Horn
Saya: Black unique saya.
Menuki : Dragon design engraved and inlayed with gold.
